S.M. Weeks
(Published: Modesto Bee, Saturday, March 25, 2000) July 13, 1919 -- March 23, 2000 Shirl (Sam) Morris Weeks, 80, of Oakdale died Thursday at Oak Valley Hospital. Mr. Weeks was a native of El Cerrito. He lived in Oakdale two years. He was an accountant for Hall Scott Motors for 27 years. He was a golf professional at Kelly Ridge Golf Course, Oroville. He was a member of Oakdale Golf and Country Club. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II; he was a bombardier with the 8th Air Force. He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Weeks of Oakdale; children, Glen Weeks of Danville and Beverley Damas of Fremont; brothers, Frank Weeks of Concord and Marks Weeks of El Cerrito; and two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Private services were conducted at Oakdale Memorial Chapel. No visitation. |
